In 1993 Numan went out on the "Dream Corrosion" tour in October and November before returning to play seven stadium dates the following month, his first stadium dates since the Wembley Arena "farewell" dates in 1981. This was as a support act on the O.M.D. (Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark) "Liberator" tour - an offer that Gary accepted immediately when it was offered. It was felt that having such a "name" as a support act / special guest would help with ticket sales and a large number of Numan fans took the chance to catch him in these larger venues. This is an audience recording which I would recommend for those wishing to experience these unique dates but if you are all about perfect quality then give it a miss. I love the version of "Are "Friends" Electric?" on this show...fast, rocky with the guitar really prominent!
