Berbatiti's Pan,Portland 16th May 1998 (Exile Tour)

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8GUMF6F2

This is a fantastic gig from the U.S. club tour in support of the "Exile" album. Gary was touring the States for the first time since the "I, Assassin" tour back in 1982 mostly playing in clubs with a capacity of 700-800 people. This tour saw the harder industrial edge really developing and is covered in some depth in Gary's autobiography "Praying To The Aliens" giving the impression that it was a tour he clearly enjoyed. The unusually named Berbatit's Pan in Portland gets a special mention as it was in fact a restaurant with a tiny stage and no dressing room meaning at the end of the set the band stood next to the pinball machine in full view of the audience before coming back on for the encore! Keyboardist David Brooks shouted the immortal line "Let's rock this restaurant!" as the band took the stage.....and from the sound of this recording they certainly did! As a bonus this download also includes Marilyn Manson's guest appearance from the Hollywood Palace, Los Angeles on the 19th May where he joined Gary onstage for "Down In The Park" - Do you have the rest of this show? I've been sitting on this on for a while as we have posted a few from this tour already but I know a lot of you may have been at this gig so it's about time it was posted! This is the last of the gigs from the excellent TARQUIN LIVE blog site and again loads as one track. Many thanks to Tarquin Live who also has this gig available in FLAC...http://tarquinlive.blogspot.com/  Sound wise it's a pretty decent audience recording....very clear but missing some of the bass end....still you can't go wrong with this one!

ASB Theatre, Auckland, New Zealand 21st May 2011 (Pleasure Principle Tour) (Aud)

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T2ADU2C0

Great sounding audience recording from the short tour of Australia and New Zealand giving fans down under another chance to see the "Pleasure Principle" performed. The second set features a couple of surprises with two new tracks performed "When The Sky Bleeds" and "Everything Comes Down To This". (I don't think any of us count "The Fall" as being new any more!)

This one comes courtesy of our friends over at the Numan Folder and the original uploader White Faced Clown. Thanks for this great share guys!

Ultravox - Oregon, U.S.A. November 1979 (SBD)

This one comes curtesy of the T.U.B.E. site.

Ultravox after the departure of John Foxx. Fronted by Midge Ure but before the release of the breakthrough "Vienna" album. Sound is very clear (almost too clear as with very little crowd noise you lose some of the atmosphere - I have a later audience recording from the Whiskey A Go Go which is a little more raw so leave a comment if you want me to post that too!). I am pulling the Billy Currie card again to justify the appearance of this on Numa Boots or just the fact that it's a great recording!
